AT&T Warranty Exchange questions
Ok, so basically my LG G3 screen cracked. Bad. I couldn't even use the screen. I had no warranty other than the AT&T 1 year "manufacturer warranty". Only covers manufacturer problems such as problems charging, etc. Not user damage. So I got the screen fixed for $150 through a local guy. Then my voice in the headset didn't work. (In a call, it sounded like someone was whispering if they were screaming) It was fine before I cracked my phone. So I decided to call AT&T and say that I was having problems with the headset. They sent out a replacement and I have to return my old phone in the box. It says if they discover any user damage or liquid damage I will have to pay $650. The screen is starting to pop out as well. It isn't that noticeable but it is. What I'm wondering is if they will discover the new screen... help?
