SMS and MMS sending issues
So there are two G4's in my household, both on Verizon, but only I am experiencing these issues.
The biggest issue is text messages not sending/being delayed (sometimes up to thirty minutes) and either finally sending or I get frustrated and pull the battery and reset the phone and try again (sometimes I have to do this three to four times). The message will sit there and with a spinning circle.
I currently use Chomp, but have tried Textra, Handcent, Go SMS, and the LG SMS app and they all do the same thing.
Another issue I have encountered: I am unable to send pictures that are taken with the phone. If I save one from FB or whatever, I can send it no issue, but ninety-nine times out of a hundred I cannot send a photo taken with my phone. It does the same thing... spins, spins, spins, then fails.
Only, sometimes it shows me that it fails and the person on the other end gets one of my three or four attempts (happened once).
Is anyone else having issues such as this? I've done everything aside from a factory reset, which I fear still won't fix the issue. Thinking of taking it in today, because it's also suffering from over heating as it's constantly switching between 4G/LTE, 3G, and 1x. I can sit and watch it cycle through them. I thought it was a particular spot in the house, but it's not. I've watched it do it at work, outside, at others houses.
