Urgent help with Galaxy S5

Alright, I've been dealing with this for 3 days currently. I was on rooted kitkat (4.4.2) I decided I wanted to get rid of the root, and install lollipop (5.0) I removed the freedom app, and all of the rooted apps. And successfully unrooted my phone. I then updated my firmware to 5.0 lollipop. Not realizing that removing freedom would cause my play store to not connect. So I get into 5.0, and the play store isn't working. I fixed the time on my phone, and it still wouldn't work. I've restored my phone to fix it, but still isn't fixed. So I decided to attempt to downgrade my 5.0, to 4.4.2 then re-root it; to fix the google store. And properly remove freedom. Then go back to 5.0. Well every time I try to do anything with Odin3, Odin1, or any versions of the Odin. It fails at Auth. (Yes, reactivation lock is disabled, and so is the lock to get into the phone.) So I tried downgrading it, then I get an error on my phone stating that I need to put my phone in emergency firmware recovery mode on Kies. So I download Kies, but KIES 3.0 doesn't support my phone! So I downloaded Kies 2.6, It is supported, but it wont freaking connect. So I downloaded and installed the drivers from samsung's website. But yet, still wont work. I am unable to get it out of the emergency firmware on my phone, and I'm unable to boot my phone to 5.0. Just shows the screen "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again." But cannot fix it. I'm down to complete loss of hope, and anything would be helpeful. I need to fix this, and I've spent several hours trying to fix it. I also tried restoring my firmware on Kies, but it fails when trying to take me out of emergency firmware mode. My model is the SM-G900A (AT&T)

Re: Urgent help with Galaxy S5

There is an issue with root and downgrading Lollipop with AT&T.

Now, you did get rid of the root, right? If it isn't showing a Knox trip or showing a custom ROM, you can take it to Best Buy and have someone at. The Samsung counter flash it.

Don't mention the root. My Samsung guy here doesn't care if I root, but they aren't supposed to touch a phone they know has been rooted. Just say your installation has failed.

Of course everything will be lost on your phone. I suggest after the reflash, you do a reset from recovery mode, before setting up your phone.
