Can I get Weather on lock screen without having to swype down?

On my note 2, weather would just show on the lock screen without me having to swype down or anything. Is there any way to get this on the Note 3?

What I meant was that you have to pull down on the clock area to see weather

To answer my own question, I installed chronus from the play store and it allowed me display weather without having to swipe down. Dash clock also has this functionality, but I prefer chronus. Other widgets might have this functionality as well

Enable multi widgets in lock screen in the settings

Add chronus to one of the lock screens. Long press chronus widget and move to make it the primary lock screen.

I decided to switch to hd widgets. It does exactly what I Want. Daily forecast without swiping down, swipe down gives multi day forecast

Yeah that's pretty light for me. When I am downloading a lot, i have used a lot more.
