ever since this past weekend i have had 2 solid days of 14+ hrs of battery, un plug about 7-7:30am, finally goes red about 9pm ish, with the same use as always.
the only thing i did over this weekend was i had it plugged in for 2 days straight never unplugged it once.
so from saturday night to tuesday morning it was never unplugged. i used it from time to time, power cycled it once. love it.

Mine won't last 14+ hours unplugged just sitting on my night stand, with the screen turned off and never used.

You have an amazing phone and battery - you should sell it to HTC so they can reverse engineer it.
