Can I hook up my ZTE to my monitor using an RCA input cable s into my port for music

RCA jack cables that fit in jack for music is it capable of sending out video I have one more that plugs in with a USB end

Welcome to Android Central! The headphone jack only outputs audio. Video output would require either a dedicated HDMI port (which most modern phones don't have any more) or compatibility with either MHL or SlimPort, which are two different standards for microUSB-to-HDMI adapters.
