Can i install a new play store services because the one in my android tv box is corrupt?

[Android Central Question]

My Play Store Services is corrupted. From the factory installed version that came with my Android 6 Media Box Yundoo - Y6. I keep getting download pednding.

This may be a corrupt issue or it may be something else. I say something else because you're not getting a error saying something is corrupted. Welcome to Android Central! I moved this to the Android TV forum as VidJunky suggested.

Try going to Settings>Apps, select Google Play Store, tap Storage, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager -- you probably have to tap Menu>Show System to see it. Now try again.
