Can I just leave my Qi charger plugged in all the time?

Samsung packaging says to unplug the charger after the phone is charged. Can't I leave it plugged in so I can just drop the phone on it whenever I want?

Mine's been plugged in since purchase, about 4 months. No harm has been done.

Yeah you can. I have done that with my nexus 5 for two years now. It would be annoying as anything if you had to plug it in everytime you wanted to charge the phone. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a wireless charging phone! Enjoy

Wait! If you don't unplug it everytime, your phone might turn into the Samsung instinct. That would be a nightmare!
