Can i keep the galaxy buds pre order gift even if i return my s10?

so, i recently pre ordered the s10, but was thinking of returning it and getting the s10+.

i was wondering if i can keep the pre order gift which came with the s10 which is the galaxy buds even after i return the s10?

I would assume the card you used to reserve the pre order will be charged for the buds. They always get their money in the end.

You have to return the buds if you return the phone. I know because I asked the same thing. Samsung told me they don't do exchanges. They said I would have to return everything (including the buds) and place a new order. Which obviously you would miss out on the buds since that promo is over.

Depends on where you bought the phone. If you bought it from Samsung.com then you have to return since everything is part of one order and they can track, and will charge for the buds if you return the phone without the buds.

But if you bought it outside of Samsung.com like a carrier store, best buy or other retailer then yes you will have the pre order gift shipped out to you as long as you have the claim approved. They don't care if you return the phone or do whatever with it.

I've already decided to not return it. My S10 is the perfect size and my battery life has been solid. Loving this phone!
