Can I please get help RE: TeslaUnread with Note 4 Visual Voicemail

Running Android 5.0.1 on Samsung Galaxy note 4 (Carrier is AT&T), with Nova launcher, Glasklart icon set, and TeslaUnread Nova plugin.

The issue is, the Visual Voicemail native app (Samsung) shows a counter set at 2, regardless of what is in the voicemail box.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the visual voicemail app, TeslaUnread, rebooted, rebooted and removed the battery, and a few other things (from the Tesla menu), but no matter what, the Visual Voicemail app shows a counter with always the same value (2).

Is this a known issue and is there a fix, or am I doing something wrong?

That is a strange issue. On the off chance are there any unopened voicemails in the "Saved voice mails" or "Deleted voice mails" that are somehow contributing to the two count?

Only other thing I can think of is to call your voicemail at *86 (that's what Verizon uses) and see if the voicemail system reports that there are new (un-listened to voicemails).
