Can I remove AccuWeather and make Weather Underground the default

Can I remove AccuWeather and make Weather Underground the default? And can I make Weather Underground show on my display current weather details like today's high temp. low temp. chance of rain etc.?

You can turn off the built-in weather widget under application manager. If Weather Underground has an app then install that and whatever their widget allows you to show is up to them.
