Can I remove instruction from the apps Edge screen on the Edge Plus?

can i remove instruction from the apps edge screen on the edge plus.

when you select apps edge the instructions on how to use the app is on the screen. Can the instructions be removed from the screen?

I believe that there was an option to not show it again. Just check that box

With the update in July 2016 it seems the instructions cannot be removed? Or can they? I would like to remove the instructions.
