Can I remove the latest update from Samsung A11?

[Android Central Question]

I updated the phone on Nov 1, 2022 and since then the screen has been freezing. No matter what I am doing on the phone it freezes, so I have to turn off and on repeatedly to get it to work for a few minutes - sometimes a few seconds.

Sometimes an update can cause problems like that... it's rare but it happens. If a cache partition wipe like B. Diddy suggested doesn't help, then you'll probably have to do a factory reset to fix it.
