Can I revert to F350L 10d from F350L 20b

I am going to upgrade my LG G Pro 3 ROM from F350L 10d to F350L 20b via LG PC Suite. I have 2 questions :
1- Can I revert back to te Kitkat 4.4.2 ( F350l 10d) back ?
2- What are the main advantages / disadvantges of both ROMs ?
