Fellow Rooters:

I'd like to use Titanium Backup to freeze just about all the excess stuff I can on my Bolt. When I look at the list under Backup/Restore I see a lot of stuff that I'm not sure about. Here is a list of all the things I'm wondering about. I'm currently running the latest Sky Raider ROM. I would really appreciate anybody telling me as many of these things that I can SAFELY freeze or that I should definitely NOT freeze. If you could also give me an idea of what they do that would be great. I know this is a long list - Thanks for your help:

The only one on that list that I would freeze is Mobile Hotspot - assuming you don't use you phone as a mobile Hotspot.

All of these are system/carrier services. Even if they are "running" they will not be eating any resources unless they are needed.

Hope this helps.

Good gracious! That is a huge list. Your question is hard to answer without knowing what you actually use and do on your phone. The best way to find out is make a nandroid. Proceed to freezing apps, to be cautions freeze one at a time and see how your phone acts, The positive or negative effect might not truly be known until you restart your device. If after you freeze a couple and all is good freeze a couple more. It will take some time since you are looking to freeze so much. By doing it that way you will be able to tell what has caused any ill effects though. After you freeze everything and find out something you like to use often does not work it will be hard to narrow down what specifically caused it.
