Can I set a video as a screen saver to play over a Pinned application?

Hi!

I am trying to set up an android tablet as a retail tool which displays our app (which is Pinned to lock the application open) for customers to use in store. If the app isn't used for a period of time, I would like a screensaver to kick in and play our product video until the screen is touched. I cannot find a suitable solution for this but it seems to be such a simple requirement! I've tried playing with Daydream but doesn't seem to be right for use on a tablet as it will plugged in to mains in store so will effectively always be charging. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Welcome to Android Central! Try a combination of these two apps from the same dev:

SureVideo Kiosk Video Looper: Has a screen saver mode that will play a video until dismissed by a user. The app description says for enterprise use only, so you'd have to check with them if your business qualifies.

SureLock Kiosk Lockdown: When not playing the screensaver, this can limit the device to only show your app.
