Can I Switch networks from us cellular to Verizon on a Note Edge?

[AC Question]

I am on a Verizon plan. I recently bought a Note 4 edge. I took it in there US Cellular who told me they unlocked it. I got a Micro SIM card from Verizon. Called the customer support. They told me that they cannot connect to the ESN!? Is there anything that I can do myself to help connect these?
