Can I sync (but not intermingle) 2 gmail contact list?

My wife and I own 2 companies. We both work at one of the companies, and she works alone in the other one. Is there any way for her phone to sync the contacts from both gmail accounts, but not mix the 2 groups together? She wants both set of contacts but we don't want her companies contacts in our other company.

I believe this is possible if you pay the $50 per year to set up your company domain email to go through google apps and use the shared contact API. I am about to attempt such a thing next week for a company of 30 people... PM me if you would like more details as I probably will not have time to find this thread again.

if i read you correctly, you are asking if you can have 2 gmail accounts, and have both accounts contacts synced with the phone?


if so, its posible to have 2 gmail acounts in the mail app.
its posible to sync one, both or none of thos accounts contacs

also, when you add a new contact, it askes you under wich gmail acount you want to doit

dont know how they are displayed. i only sync my main acount

Are you saying that somewhere in the sync setup, you can tell google sync to sync more than one gmail account? I have 1 account (abc company), and my wife has 1 account (def company). I only sync to my account, but she wants to sync to both of our accounts, so that she has the contacts from each. The thing is, once she has synced to both accounts, I don't want her companies (def) contacts to get mixed into my companies (abc) contacts. Can it work like that?
