Android Central Question

I just got my number about a year ago and almost a week ago I received a Samsung account verification code twice. Today I got it again, four times. I believe someone who used to have my number is trying to get into their Samsung account and is not able to. Is there a way I can take my number off someone’s account so they can access it?

Carrier would have nothing to do with a Samsung account. Someone clearly changed phone numbers but never updated their Samsung account to reflect it, now a new person(the op) has that number. A carrier can't access Samsungs system or change the phone number associated to a Samsung account.

Best bet it to contact Samsung customer service and see if they can do anything.
