Can I transfer my Verizon prepaid number and account to another verizon prepaid phone?

I dropped my phone in the water and I have another identical phone and I want to transfer my number and account to the other phone

Welcome to Android Central! You should be able to do that by going to verizonwireless.com/activate, sign into your account, and follow the prompts to add the other phone to the old account. If you run into any problems, just call Verizon and ask.
