Hi, I upgraded my phone from a Galaxy S4 to a Galaxy S7. Some games on my phone don't save to the cloud, so they are stuck in internal storage. Is there a way for me to transfer that information from the S4 to the S7 so I'm not starting from scratch on my games?

My phone isn't rooted.

Thanks.

Welcome to the forums. The last I knew, this couldn't be done without root access. Even then, I tried this before and it failed going from one device to the next.

You can use Samsung Smart Swich. It can transfer allot, including apps. I don't know if it transfers game scores, but worth a try. You got a transfer USB adapter in the box of your Note 7. Use your USB regular cable from the S4. The USB adapter from the Note 7 box is attached to the Note 7, USB cable from Note 7 to. S4....on the S4 you have to bring down notification bar ahs change the USB connection to either MTP, or File Tranfer. If the Note 7 does not auto react to choose Samsung Smart Switch, then on Note 7 go to Settings, Backup & Reset, choose Smart Switch from there. It's awesome!
