If you feel sketch . Just use the wugsfresh tool kit. Very simply does everything for you.

We've got Wug's toolkit thread as well as a guide for doing it the manual way via fastboot. It's quite easy

Looks about right... but the video uses the SDK... which if you have that, you don't even need the toolkit.
