Can I Update downloaded OTA Lolipop update without rooting

I have Samsung galaxy Grand Prime with OS Android 4.4 KitKat. It has recieved 5.1 update in many countries, But here they have no plan to send the OTA update, Now I have downloaded the lolipop update zip file from website youmobile.

will I be able to update my phone Using
the Stock Recovery (update from external storage ) option? Or do I have to use Flashify App?

Download your current correct region firmware first. Save it in a safe location. Now download the 5.1 firmware you are wanting to use, and flash via Odin.

If it ends up being a bad flash or end up having problems, you already have your original firmware saved, just flash it via Odin.

actually don't have access to PC, thats why, can't I use the option in Stock Recovery that says " apply update from external storage"?
