Can I upgrade my HTC M8 to HTC M9

I have a HTC M8 that's from India, Can i upgrade this to M9 in USA.

If you mean by paying a carrier for an M9, sure. If you mean by changing the phone - the same way you change a 2003 Chevy into a 2015 BMW - you remove all the M8 parts and replace them with M9 parts. (At a cost of about 5 times what buying an M9 would be.)
