Can I upgrade operating system?

As I have had my SIII a while now I was wondering if it was possible to upgrade the operating system?

What OS are you on at the moment?
anyway,go to settings> about device>software update>update.

The new update is for 4.3 JellyBean.

You can also use the Kies software on your PC to check to see if you have the latest firmware, and to update it if it's not.
