Can I use a Galaxy Note II on PREPAID Verizon Wirelss plan?

Hi, I am fairly new to this sort of thing, and was wondering: If I buy this Amazon.com: Samsung Galaxy Note II, White (Verizon Wireless): Electronics Galaxy Note II without a service plan, will I be able to use it on Verizon's $70 prepaid smartphone plan.

I've searched the forums, but couldn't find anything to promising.

If I can use it, how would I do that? Go to Verizon's website>shop prepaid>smartphone plans>activate device?
And no, I do not have a verizon account right now.

No. Verizon does not offer prepaid 4G LTE service for smartphones yet.

You would have to have it flashed. I plan to get one and have it flashed to my pageplus account. $30 a month gets me 1200 voice minutes, 3000 texts &500 mb of data on the verizon network. They have plans with upwards of 5gb of data & unlimited everything else. But keep in mind that it's 3g not 4g. The flash at my local pp dealer will cost me $55.

Go to verizon's site you can chat with customer service. If it is possible to get the GN2 on pre paid service they will know and you can order it and get free shipping.
