Can I use a GPS Bluetooth with my Gear S?

I don't have my Gear S yet, but can I use a gps bluetooth receiver with it. I used one with an ipod touch, btstack app and tomtom, so will it work for navigation driving on the Gear standalone?

The gear s has a gps receiver built into it so you dont need another one.

In addition, Gear S doesn't support external BT GPS receiver anyway.
