Can I use a Samsung flip phone charger to charge my Note 4. Forgot my charger and need to power up...

If it's a micro USB, yes you can, it'll probably take longer to charge though.

Look at the label (you'll probably need a magnifying glass) and find the Output line.

It has to be 5 Volts (anything up to about 5.2 is okay - below 4.9 isn't). It should have a capacity of at least 700mA if you want the phone to charge while you're still alive. (Anything from there up is fine - I charge phoned from a 30 Amp supply [that's 30,000mA] all the time, the phone draws what it needs.)
