Can i use Droids "Phone" Dialer.. i dont like the HTC Dialer

I hope i am explaining myself clearly..

But when i had a Droid.. my "Phone" screen looked like this
(notices the Tabs for Phone, , Call Log, Contact, Favorites)

On my EVO, it dosnt look like that..
its more.. un organized.. i think its an HTC Theme for the phone?

anyways can is it possible to use the one my Droid Had (the one in the picture)

You can do that...

Edit:
I guess you're talking about the phone dialer. You can call someone by just tapping beside their name and tapping on the right to get to the contact card.

Then go to call history... same thing.
Except in the call history you can tap on the left and you get a popup, which asks whether you want to call, view contact card, or sms. Much better imo.
