Can I use Gear VR with Samsung Galaxy S6 or S7 edge with tempered glass screen protector?

Hello everybody. I wanted to know whether it is possible to use S6 or S7 edge with a tempered glass screen protector on together with Gear VR

That's a great question. I'm not sure about the glass, it might not work.
Will have to wait until a good glass protector comes out to test it.
I don't have any screen protector on my GS7 edge so I can't say for sure.

I fitted a glass to my S7 and it wouldn't fit in the VR.The clips have no clearance and grip the phone closely. I tried to cut glass to suit, and got two cuts done before it cracked. I am currently looking for a protector that fits the VR or a plastic cover that I can modify as easily as possible,

I tried and every time I used my gear vr it popped off the screen protector. Your better off using a film one.
