Can I use Nexus 6p Adapter to charge a Xiaomi or any other power bank?

Okay, so I have this powerbank that says Xiaomi and it says 10000 mAh. My friend bought it back for me from China. Not sure whether it is an authentic Xiaomi and don't know how to check (Xiaomi site shows 10600 mAh adapter). It didn't come with a charger adapter just a micro usb cable. Can I connect that micro USB to the adapter of my Nexus 6p phone to charge the power bank?

Yeah.... if the battery pack is a knock-off, it'll have problems no matter if the brick is a Nexus 6 charger or a generic charger.

You shouldn't have any issues charging with that more than any other charging brick.

Plug the standard end into a USB port on your laptop or desktop to charge the power bank.

Thanks for the response. I'm charging it using my laptop right now. I won't hesitate using the charger brick from now on.
