Can I Use the Stylus From a Note 5 with My Galaxy S7 Edge

I had a Galaxy Note 5 and put it on the roof of my car to get the dog in. I unwittingly drove off with it there and it ended up in the road and was ran over multiple times I was sick when I found it. I loved that phone. So I got an Edge S7. I still have the stylus from the smashed Note 5, the only thing that wasn't crushed. Someone told me there was a way to use it with my Edge S7. I am not real technical, but I would love to use it if I can. Is it possible? Thank you

Although the S7E is a great phone, I miss my Note 4 sometimes. I know my next phone will be in the Note series.

I wish we could use the stylus but it definitely doesn't work on this phone.

The Note stylus only works with the Wacom digitizer under the Note screen. The S7E (and any other non-Note phone) lacks the Wacom component and will not work.
