Can I view walking data in a place other than in a Now card?

The monthly walking distance recap in Google Now is useful, but if that card disappears how can I view the information again?

Obviously some of the information is stored somewhere in the googleverse as it does comparisons (i.e. 70 miles in nov verses 55 in Dec).

I am wondering that too - I've never even seen the card and would like to access it as I do walk daily as part of my exercise regimen. Do I need to do anything special to enable it? I do have Android 4.4 on my One and 4.4.2 on my Nexus 7.

Yes, I know there are third party apps that provide pedometer functionality but I just want to view the data that Google collects.

I try not to be paranoid about all the data that Google collects about me, but this is a case of data that they dangle in front of me briefly once a month and then I have no idea how to bring the pedometer card back or how to view the data elsewhere.

Check your Google Dashboard, it might have that info somewhere.
