Can J2 Grand prime duos act hotspot on sim 2 for and while wifi calling on sim 1

[Android Central Question]

Samsung told me that I could hot spot on sim 2 on 2G and use that as a wifi router for doing wifi calling on sim 1 on 4G. However I cannot stop the sim 2 from switching off the hot spot when the wifi calling on sim 1 is activated. please help
