is there a way to get can Moto X to read wma audio files (books) downloaded from the library?

Welcome to Android Central! The Moto X specs say that it can play WMA files, so as long as the file isn't copy protected, it should be playable. What library are you downloading from? You mean the public library?

I know some libraries require certain apps to be downloaded. Is there any restrictions like that at yours?
