Can my Android take a picture on a schedule?

I've got a Moto E5 running Android. I want to use it as part of of a time-delay video project. I will connect the phone to a tripod. I want the phone to take one picture at exactly the same time every day. Then if possible, I would like the picture emailed, or uploaded to to a server.

If this can be done, please advise how.

Taking the picture is doable - there's at least one time-lapse app in Play.

Emailing isn't - you'd have to write that yourself.

Uploading - if you sync your pictures, they're synced to Google Photos. To upload to another server, you'd have to write that one yourself also.
