Can my phone be fixed?

[Android Central Question]

I have a Motorola force droid and accidentally plugged a charger into it that was in a toddlers mouth.... Charged phone until about 70 percent got a phone call and couldn't answer the phone tried to restart the phone and it will not come back on.... Is it fixable?? Is it fried? I have insurance but want to try to fix it first
