I accidently deleted the "my camera" album from my Gallery on my phone (Galaxy S4)... it has 2years worth of memories so I would really like to recover them. I had no microSD chip, so these pics (if they're still there) are internally stored on my device.

Welcome to Android Central! That will be very difficult to recover. You would need to root the phone first in order to use file recovery software, and rooting the phone itself will overwrite some of the deleted data. In the future, make it a habit to back up important photos and other files on a regular basis, either to your computer's hard drive or to some place like Google Photos or Google Drive. Google Photos Auto Backup is easy, free, and unlimited (if you use the High Quality setting, not the Original Quality): https://support.google.com/photos/answer/6193313?hl=en. Remember, phone storage and SD cards don't last forever, and they are not immune to accidents.
