So I live in an area where I go in and out of roaming alot, ive never had any problems up until this past week.I started noticing I never had internet. I have talked to numerous Sprint agents and none of them can help me. Advanced technical support say that there is nothing wrong with my phone and I drove 3 hours to the closest store and they say the same thing.
But when I am in the Sprint coverage area my 3g icon and my data will work. As soon as I switch to another tower it goes away. Theres no guards on my phone and everything is set correctly. I went to about phone and phone status and it says network is unknown and mobile network is disconnected. Im so aggravated at this point because Sprint doesnt know anything, all they tell me is that my phone should be working. We have done numerous updates to everything and Ive wiped my phone completely clean twice. They say it has to be the roaming network im on, but everyone else is using it just fine. Please help me.
