Can reminders/tasks default to an Exchange account?

I've been using iPhones for a while and am trying to switch to a Pixel 4. I use Microsoft Outlook at work connected to an Exchange server. On the iPhone the reminders, calendars, contacts, etc all synced to the Exchange account. If I said "Hey Siri, remind me today at 1pm to finish the sales report" That reminder would be added to the iPhone native reminder app and would sync to my Outlook tasks.

Is there a way to accomplish the same thing with Google Assistant on the Pixel? Or, is there another method of using voice to add reminders and calendar appointments that will sync to my work Outlook Exchange account?

Thanks.

That's not up to Google Assistant, it's up to the Outlook app. Since Microsoft writes it, you might email them and ask how to get Google Assistant to use Outlook the way you want. (They'd have to provide an API for Google Assistant to use, the way they provided one for Siri to use in the Apple version of Outlook.)
