Can rooted VS986 running 5.1 get custom recovery?

I've looked all over the internet and found little to nothing pertaining to a Verizon custom recovery being available. Does it exist? And if so how can I put it on my rooted VS986 that is running 5.1 (Lollipop, 13B)?

The answer is no... custom recovery requires a unlocked bootloader. Same reason there is no root for Marshmallow.
