Can S7 Edge play DSD 5.6mhz?

Hello, I am told that a DSD 5.6mhz file will sound better than a 192khz/24bit Flac file, I have the option of buying an album in either of the mentioned formats (flac is slightly cheaper) basically, is DSD 5.6 better? and will it play on my S7 Edge using Samsung music player? any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
