Can somebody help me find this battery for my android

Short story I purchased the cell phone they call it i9300 (inmitation of a galaxy s 3) from a chinesse site. The phone works but the battery came dead I used a Nokia battery to check the phone and it worked with it. Problem the battery
has 3 grooves like the Nokia Bl 5,j but it works upside down opposite way of the phone's battery position.. The phones overheats and the battery drains in 10 minutes. I contacted the vendors and they want me to expend another $40.00 by sending back the phone to take a chance in another phone possibly with problems. They don't produce the phone anymore as they said but they still sell it. So in a nut shell I'm stucked with a very hot phone that I really want if somebody that really knows about this matters recommends me a possible substitution and gives me a link or name of the place I will really appreciate it.

Avoid buying such devices to avoid such problems, look on battery model name and search by it

thank you but is already unavoidable I got the useless phone and the battery has no model or numbers just a name Innovation in anyways I contacted the Geek squad and they said they can help me
