Can someone Call Verizon Customer Service to find out TBolt Launch Date?

I did online chat with Verizon and she told that she will check the info. few minutes later she told me I will have to call Customer Service, they may be able to tell me the launch date for Thunderbolt.

I can't be on the phone right now but can someone please call customer service and post the date here

I would but they always ask for the billing password which I do not know since I am not the primary account holder.

many ppl here have done what you are trying including myself (5 times). the Chat rep says call service and the service rep just tells you "we have no information"

don't get your hopes up. they don't know anything we dont right now.

Edit: they might have info we don't but hell if they will/can tell us at all.

its not my bed time yet. but i can already tell you the date is 24th. but i did call. an man the guy was a ****.
i said i pre ordered the tbolt at best buy an they originally told me the date they had in the computer was the 14th. but has been delayed. he kept sayin verizon isnt aware of pre orders for a phone they havent announced. i said well the phone is official an why would best buy do a pre order on a phone with out verizons consent. he followed with taking it up with best buy an he has no info about that device nor does he know about the device.

Wow I can't believe verizon.. Now even iPhone is out so what the fuss.. just tell is the date and 4g data price before I bread down go to AT&T or Sprint.

i had a similar experience...i went to the best buy where i pre-ordered and they still said the 14th and if something changes we'll call you. then i went to verizon bc my mom is trying to get her upgrade pushed up bc she wants an iphone..he automatically assumed that we both wanted iphones and i said oh no im waiting for the thunderbolt. and my mom said oh yeah she already pre-ordered. he look all surprised and asked where and i told him best buy. he laughed and basically thought that was the craziest thing he'd ever heard. he said theres no way best buy would get the phone before them blah blah blah. he was pretty much just plain rude about it. before we left i asked about 4g data pricing and he said i dont know but it might not be unlimited...and of course he was still laughing. i dont know if they'll give any different information if you call but that was as much as i could get.

If VZW can't provide unlimited plan for TB, then you will see many people change over to Tmobile or Sprint for better plan. It is suck to get a 4G phone without unlimited data plan. (AT&T's data plan sucks too...$25 for 2GB...that just non-sense.)
