There is a grey circle on my phone screen that will not go away. It cant be closed like a regular app and gets in the way of everything it opens up in a semi circle and shows various apps and it's in a different language I think Dutch. Help!!

Long-press one of the apps (it doesn't matter which one) and drag it out to the screen. Do the same with the other apps. When you do it with the next-to-last app, the circle will disappear. Noe, if you don't want them, delete the apps.

That circle is called a folder. You can group apps on the home screen into folders - like all your photo apps in one folder, all your music apps in another folder, etc. If the apps in that folder are in a foreign language, some app probably created the folder with the apps in it, or the phone came that way.
