Hi y’all,

I am coming back from apple after a few years. I have searched and searched to try and see and understand how notifications work and look on Android and One UI these days.

I use and get tons of notifications all day from twitter and everywhere else. For whatever reason, I can’t find a good video that focuses on this.

One thing I’m very curious about is if full twitter tweets are displayed in the notification shade as opposed to a small preview that I must manually expand.

Thanks in advance.

PS, heading to Best Buy today to peep the Note 10.

I don't use Twitter, but most notifications can be extended by swiping down on the notification itself. Thereby revealing the full notification.

Thank you, is there a setting to make the notifications show up in full by default? Meaning, I would not have to swipe down to expand each notification preview? I’m hoping I can see the entire notification by default.

Thanks!

I don't believe so. At least to the best of my knowledge.

You can enable Toast notifications, which mock the iPhone style. It may require a 3rd party launcher though. A quick Google search should provide easy results.
