Can text be formated on my Tablet?

I have a Lenovo Tab M10 HD. I visit a forum online via a webpage, similar to this one here. When I click on the area to post a topic, or respond to a previous topic that someone else posted, a keyboard comes up so I can type. But I see no way to change the font of the text to Italic, Bold, Underlined, etc. Even if I highlight the text, I get a pop-up menu that says Copy, Paste, Paste as Plain Text, but I don't see anything to change the format. Is this possible? Or is that a feature that is provided by the forum, and not the device?

Typically on Forums you need to add BB Formatting Code to your text.
