Can the "help" notification pop ups go away?

Verizon LG G4, anyone know a way to stop the pop ups that tell you things when you turn things like data or syncing on or off? I also keep getting one when I open the camera asking me about location tagging. So annoying.

Are you over your data limit or something? As far as the photo tagging just hit no and it should stay gone.
