It's not listed on their website but I was wondering would it work with an unlocked V30?

An Unlocked V30 should work fine on Straight Talk using AT&T or T-mobile.

So (I just want to make sure I understand you completely/correctly) you're saying the unlocked phone needs to have been unlocked from formerly those carriers? So a an unlocked Verizon phone won't work on Straight Talk for example?

You need to purchase a ST SIM card based on the phone original carrier. I.E. if the V30 is from Verizon then you need a ST SIM that works on Verizon towers. Search eBay there are a ton in that marketplace.

If it's locked to AT&T, Sprint, TMobile or Verizon, it should work, but you'd have to check (at Straight Talk Compatibility Test) whether the particular handset will be accepted by the carrier. If it's bought outright it probably will be, but if it's bought from a carrier and not fully paid yet, it won't be.

Since Straight Talk uses AT&T, Sprint, TMobile and Verizon as carriers (ST is only a virtual network, not a carrier), any locked phone (that's AT&T or TMobile - Sprint and Verizon phones are "virtually locked" - if the phone isn't in their database, it won't connect to their network) will work on the appropriate carrier. An unlocked GSM phone will work on either AT&T or TMobile (assuing that it has the right 4G bands - some phones do have radios for both, some don't.),
