Can the ONE do drama shots with the camera?

I was just over on the S4 site looking at the picture thread and someone took a picture that he called a drama shot. Can that be done with the ONE? Now it could just be me since I have the HTC ONE but I do like the pictures I have seen of the ONE a little better than the S4 that I have seen. The S4 seems to be just a little blurry on the edge of the objects its focused on.

It is called something other than "Drama Shot" on the one though. That is Samsung's name for it.

I suspect that the drama shot is done at video resolution as opposed to 13mp because I read it took up to 100 shots in 4 seconds, which I don't believe is possible with the 13mp images.

HTC uses full resolution for the Zoe, and you use the zoe to create a "sequence shot" under the retouch menu.
